ことしはまだ少ないけど、また白鳥の群れを見ました。 よく見ると、1羽だけ群れから外れて、遅れ気味で飛んでいる奴が… 「がんばれ。みんなにちゃんと追いつけよ」 思わず声が出ました。 冬の渡りの旅、何百キロもの距離を群れで飛んでいくのに、 1羽だけ取り残されたら、どうなるんだろう。 無事に仲間と合流できますように。 「ずっと見てられるシリーズ」は東北の自然・動物が織りなす、時を忘れる風景集。 --- This year, the swans are fewer than usual. But today, I spotted a flock again — and noticed something. One swan was falling behind, slightly off course from the rest. "Don't give up. Catch up with the others." The words slipped out before I knew it. On a migration journey of hundreds of miles flown together as a flock, what happens to the one that gets left behind? I hope this little swan finds its way back to its companions.
